What are you talking about? The guides made the race rules due to the casual guilds pushing for them. I'm sure you choose not to remember that due to it contradicting your ignorant narrative though.

As Sirken has stated, the current system gives everyone an equal chance to engage in content. Equal does not mean you get equal amounts of loot as people who put in more time to the game. If you don't like it, no one is forcing you to stay here and you're obviously not financially invested in a free to play on server.
