Afterall god is too cleverer to allow us to see direct evidence. It's all about subtlety. And control.
Not sensical to make fun of rapture folks when you're a dispensationalist yourself. You be nice.

This is the shit they brainwashed your generation to think then crime went up 10,000% and all the jobs and rental homes were filled up.

Gen Z has had enough of our bullshit.
I love my 2021 Tacoma, so if I saw someone trying to steal or vandalize my truck it would be pure fury causing me to run up on them. And after I take a gut stab or a bullet my last dying thought would probably be “well that was fuckin stupid”

But if it was your car or someone else’s car? Hellllll no I’m not getting my ass beat or dying for someone’s beater-ass shitbox of a car. Sorry

Now, the caveat would be if it was occurring on my block where I live. I have the same kind of righteous anger about protecting my particular neighborhood, anger to the level that would override fear (remember anger is always more powerful than fear, use it when you need it) or even rationality. So I might die for someone else’s car, but in my mind it would be an honorable death because I was trying to protect the overall safety of my neighborhood

But again, 10 miles away at some gas station or something? Pass. Super pass. Sorry your car got stoeled. Call your insurance

I would feel obligated to have on the tombstone “Died a hero, not trying to save a person, or some abused animal, but to stop someone else’s 1990 Toyota Camry covered in sunspots with one headlight out from being stolen. As heroes do”

Maybe memorialize them with a plaque with a picture of the car

Just yesterday too I saw someone pull away from a Dunkin Donuts I was at while dropping a balled up wrapper out of their window into the parking lot as I was pulling in. I was a bit pissed

I had a couple options there:

- Block their vehicle with my truck and inform them I’m making a citizen’s arrest for littering and for them to remain in their vehicle until the police arrive

- Do what my dad would have done and walked up to their car and said “don’t litter you asshole” to them through their window. My dad also always carries a gun and frequently goes to tactical shooting classes

- Do nothing and go into Dunkin Donuts and get my expensive as F omelet bites and still make it to work on time having not gotten into a fistfight today over litter

I went with option 3. /shrug. I am not the man my dad is, I already know this

There's too many stories where the hero gets killed. You won't change their mindset by doing something about their bad behavior sadly :/
