Cops help people who don't like cops all the time. I help people who dislike me when I am trying to make money. 911 dispatchers are not interested in monologues.

It’s not about the cops, it’s about you

You are saying that you hate a profession yet not standing on your convictions and not utilizing it because you are a combination of inept and selfish to try to stand on your own. Not only that, you are putting your own incompetence at defending yourself and selfishness above your principles

Do you utilize the military personally?

If a parent hates public education, they stand on their convictions and learn how to homeschool their own kids

If someone hates and doesn’t trust plumbers, they stand on their convictions and learn how to fix their own pipes so they won’t have to call one

If someone hates and doesn’t trust doctors, they learn how to treat themselves as best they can


Defending oneself, especially since you already admitted you have access to a firearm, is arguably less total work to learn than all of the things listed above. But like I said, selfishness, maybe laziness, lack of conviction
