Looks to me like he is saying that your TMO main will suffer no consequence at all for your alts use of third party programs or any other offense in general. But that is probably because I know how to read.

No no you know how to make inferences outside of an intended statement. If you read it word for word at face value the conclusion is dont cheat, but we cant tell if you do so dont do it on your main cause we geared your ass!
