tbh it doesn't really matter who is in power, it's a figure head status.

$ talks, and in politics that is all that talks, sure some agenda's can be pushed more with certain candidates but the road show goes on regardless who is in power.

Look at Obama, one of the worse presidents the USA has had on paper, but he's celebrated by so many because he could smile and talk smoothly.
