Literally what I wrote hours ago. He's claiming victory before all votes are counted and trying to discard mail-in ballots.

Wrong. He is taking the very typical sane/American view. All legitimate ballots should be counted. Count determiners winner. Simple. No signature = not legitimate. No postmark + received after Nov 3 - by PA law, not legitimate. Etc etc.

It's called following the rules and he is going to make sure that's what happens. Especially when you have a biased Dem AG tweeting stupid crap like "When all the votes are tallied Donald Trump will not win" BEOFRE voting even begins. The person responsible for elections in PA, saying this, really?

I don’t know what’s accurate but the guy on the Joe Rogan experience said that Pennsylvania has 2 million votes that it needs to count that were mailed in ahead of time that would take 4 or 5 days he said, and Trump says that they’re up by 690,000 ..so I don’t know it could be anyone’s state still! :O
