Default Raid Suspension: Awakened
Awakened is under Raid Suspension for the next 10 days because after wiping to Vulak, Harbogast of Awakened causes Vulak to re-enter the entrance and wipe out another guild's raid party.
The suspension ends at: 12:01am EST November 2, 2017

Note*:The CSR team has reviewed this issue and has unanimously agreed on the aforementioned ruling.

Some folks just don’t understand that if every single player in A/A deleted there characters and walked away for good that the end game would be exactly the same with 2 new top guilds competing.

It’s how this server works.

A similar example is ‘first past the post’ election rules that create two party systems. Guilds and parties merge just the same.

This is horseshit. The reason these two specific guilds are at the top is because they each have a dozen or less sick fucks that make eq their life. These individuals are the same guys that have been doing the same shit for years under different guilds tags, and will continue to do it because they have nothing else better to do. If you got rid of every single one of them the server would be a better place. Yes, there will be new top guilds, but without those AA guys joining new guilds the raid scene will be moderately healthier. There's a reason you don't see all the other guilds "competing"... because all the worst offenders are in AA and nobody else is willing to get down to their level of insanity. The other guilds aren't going to magically start being infected with the same pixel lust as AA or else their members would have already joined them. Purge them all I say, this 30 day is a good start.

If you guys can't find other ways to find enjoyment on eq for 30 days then I don't know what to tell you. Go play around and have fun with all of those shiny armors and weapons. What's the point of logging in hundreds of hours of raiding just to upgrade your next item, but never use said items to go and have fun killing stuff around norrath that doesn't require a bat phone.

Wake up, earthquakes happen 2x a month that leaves the dragons all spawning in one day practically. you must not know anything about the raid scene.

So killing almost every single mob every single week for years on end almost exactly when they spawn isn't insanity? On a server that will no longer progress? Stop being so short sighted talking about the raid scene. Two quakes a month barely became a thing, how about the years of coth ducking/16 hour standing on the line fte races etc.

You act like loot is easy to come bye, i have been raiding like 2 years and have hardly anything, the fact that people think 20 gharns fists and 20 vyemms fangs drop is untrue. There is nothing wrong with a bunch of people who enjoy raiding in ever quest and want to BiS there toon. the only thing easy to come bye is AG using a petition as a form of getting more loot! its sickening.

Many of the folks I see raging about the absurdity of 30 days were some of the same folk raging about how ineffective 5 days were
