red dawn wasnt perfect but it was a lot of good times. HB had a lot on his plate i remember raids reaching 60-70 players.

In hokuten i peaked at 44 members on 1 raid and it was a god damn handful for mostly 1 person to control.

I definitely didnt do everything but i did a lot.

dont recall RD having really any leadership besides HB, so similar situation.

that's the point. he knocks Lite's leadership, but apparently lite had to take charge because he wasn't able to for his own guild. I'm not saying lite is some great/amazing leader I know I have my own issues with him, but trying to knock him when you had to rely on him because you couldn't get the job done is very ironic.

hehe i remember during a simulated repop in hokuten people asked jib to make a call on where to move to, and all we heard was some stammering and heavy breathing. so clear that jib didnt have the gumption to make a decision with confidence for his team. eq leadership aint so ez

i tried to get lite and HB to work together, HB the core leader, lite the pvp leader, would have been an amazing team. altho at the time I hardly knew lite, after i got to know him i realize my original idea would never work.

as for pingpong's comment, total bull, i led hokuten with an iron fist, we feared no one an nothing.

what? red dawn had no issues with pve content. we did talendor with like 14 people @ 2am once, only 3-4 of those people level 60.

as for the comment "leading an eq guild is hard"

its not hard at all in fact its very fun and easy, the only issue is the time commitment.
