It is more like the police leave a bunch of confiscated items used as evidence in criminal cases at their front door. These items are perfectly legal and some guy notices his property is out there amongst these items. He grabs his property and on the way home he realises that some of them were on loan and drops them off at his friends house.

The next thing you know, the police smash down the doors of every house that accepted these items and puts the people in jail.

I came pretty close being one of those people that were going to help with the transfer, however, was too busy at the time and genuinely thought certain people like Eximo were unbanned, as he was only banned on association, rather than committing the crime of RMT himself.

This thread is out of control with the metaphors.

you read that incorrectly, they said 30 db queries per player. that is a lot of work for such little gain.

I'm new to p99, and I know the metaphors have been out of control.... but I personally think this entire thing is a lot like the episode of southpark where cartman turns scott tenorman's parents into chili and feed them to him....

It isn't an exploit... you just took advantage of a mistake in the known rules and accessed accounts you knew were perma banned, to remove the pixels that were banned to punish you? Yeah, flawless logic right there.

Grow up and at least be man enough to take responsibility for your actions. The guy talking about getting innocent people banned hwo didn't know, and the several posts later those people are his mom, her boyfriend, and a friend? SERIOUSLY? I don't think you need a degree in rocket surgery to play out the scenario in your head there. It's obvious to anyone not involved and crying that those involved spread the word like wild fire to orchestrate all of this.

Thread delivers... I just wish permabans actually permanently removed scumbags from server, instead they just force a few days PL'ing and regearing.
