It's one dimensional numbers based and static - it favors the #1 spot completely, leadership helps no doubt - Nizz is tried and tested.
There is no way, even with good leadership a second guild can compete over the long term with this rule set. | ||

guilds actually need a LARGER roster when there's variance... so you can camp more people at each spawn point, and so you have more people willing to track.
variance will just increase the zerg.

yup at this point its better to try out variance than not there could be no harm done except 75% of server not getting their dragon at the exact moment they want it

you "resistance" folk won't even get a chance to see the raids happen anymore, unless you're willing to also leave your characters camped out at the spawn points of raid targets
the batphones will go off and the shit will be dead before you can even memorize the right port
