We're in that phase with AI where we were with VR right before we were all about to find out it made you want to puke. Everyone was so friggen excited. And within a week after launch everybody was like, oh this isn't real at all, never mind. | ||

VR and AI both have their uses and early adopters, just like cable internet was a boom then bust
they always overspend and oversaturate whatever the new thing is, it's just easier to make jokes about VR or AI or the smart glasses, and yeah the price is hurting it also with regards to a dope VR setup all of it will be as common as not having shit internet is now though, soon(tm) | ||
