Well there is that.

As for science, there has been several well documented cases of premies surviving births anywhere from 18 to 24 weeks.

Medicine defines "Viable" at a survival rate of more than 50% and thus draws that distinction at 24 weeks.

By the "more than 50%" definition of "viability" homosexuality, transgenderism etc are not "viable" sexualities.

If we defined everything by "more than 50%" = viable, then this entire inter-sectional philosophy would have to be thrown out since it assigns special privileges, specifically, to the less than "viable".
