I actually posted one over a year ago when I was playing as Bukowski. I was bored so I decided to post another/more recent one. That fish is a Gar (not so good for eating).

i thought it was a gar [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] rednecks i used to hang with in college taught me you're supposed to cut their mouths off because they eat the good fish.

I just threw it back. I'm not really into pointlessly killing animals. I mean, bass will eat other "good fish" too. Cycle of life goes on! Then again, rednecks have funny ways about them.

not exaggerating, they weren't as girthy as the gar you posted. the faces on this one is more like the missouri gar, but he's just a little guy.

we were jug lining for catfish, looking for the big ones, but all we were catching were 6-8ft alligator gar. i enjoy bluegill and crappie fishing. lots of action, and they taste pretty good if you fillet and beer batter them.

Oh yeah, there are huge gar out there. If I actually ate them I'd probably jug line for them. I'm from Louisiana so they are all over the place.

I mostly prefer catfish or bass fishing though.
