Crabs in a bucket is when you have a social circle of do-nothing losers, and you decide to strap on ur big boy shoes and start building your own success.

Upon seeing your (deserved, but presumably undeserved) success, your social circle then begins trying to tear you down back into the bucket of do-nothing get-nothing shit with them as well as constantly arguing and attacking their compadres still in the bucket (intersectionality and the ubervictim olympics)

Apparently whoever made this meme ran across the term, misinterpretted (as intellectually lazy people are wont to do) and then attempted to use the term in homosexual context to satire their own retarded talking points. Im picturing the angry NPC saying "I know you are but what am i?" Response.
