What kind of poor are we talkin about, here? Disabled, or low IQ@ maximum potential-poor, or unrealistic expectations/compulsive/covetously "poor"?

I mean, K-Fed is "can't even afford to take [our] kids on vacation" poor, because Brittney only has to pay $20,000/month in child support (tax free).

Dont forget, at least 8 of those months in the past 10 years has to have been put away to cover both children's entire college fund, so you can see how he may be a bit "strapped for cash" eith what's left.
