Another example of the disparity between men and women’s understanding of lifting was all the Snapchat and tik tok videos came out of young women who had just seen Chris Hemsworth in a movie asking why more guys can’t look like Thor

Like it’s just that easy. Go to the gym casually, look like Thor, who was training 4 hours a day, probably took medications to make himself look more dehydrated before filming since water weight is not aesthetic, and was likely on PED’s

Not to be sexist but the average woman, especially one that doesn’t work out, has zero concept of the monumental amount of work it takes to have a top tier physique

Yeah i saw him say that when that bit ratings didnt work he changed back to the muscle guy.

I hope it was all fake, because I was really looking forward to someone doing DMT 24/7 turning out like this:

^^ See if I just look at her hot ass and face and wide hips, she looks super attractive. But if I just look at her bicep and shoulder it's starting to look like a dude's arm and my wires get crossed.

Granted I don't lift a lot of weights, I just run a lot and do pushups.

Started keto 3 weeks ago, dropped 13 lbs, 230 down to 217. I was trying to excercise twice a day could never really stay to a good regime because I would get so tired after meals, cutting out 98 percent of my carb intake I don't have the carb coma anymore.

Started my first run today of which will be twice a day. Goal to get back to super toned and 185 like I was at 20. Sucks that I can't wear all my clothes anymore.

I have been looking at the world through the lense of beauty, try to find beautiful things, do beutiful things, find beauty in meaning. Being overweight is not beautiful and does not fit that lense at all, can't stand it.

have a desk job so that doesn't help.

30 minutes of running, and not really as tired as I would expect it to be. I can feel my lungs suffering though.

Hell yea, man!

I dunno much about Keto but I definitely recognize that coma feeling when adjusting diet until blood sugar (or something, dunno the science of what is happening) changes in the body chemically and then all of a sudden, the lethargy is pretty much gone

I used to believe I had to have a meal within 6 hours of working out for it to not suck. But after going two weeks of 10ish hours fasts (basically from noon until like 11pm) I not only could work out, but I had MORE energy than before when I was eating more. HTF this happens I have no idea, it’s like the body eventually goes “switch to alternative energy sources!” and deals with it, but not on the first few days. Those do suck

The constant hunger feeling for me has remained. Coffee in the afternoon helps a lot with that. I feel it the worst about hour 8 of my fast in between meals. But since I eat before bed (just veggies and chicken), I don’t go to bed hungry, otherwise no way I’d be able to sleep

I wish you the best with it. Hardest in the beginning, but the silver lining is the gains come the fastest then too
