Sustainability my man. You can't convince 40 people to contest a target at shit hours when they know they will lose or high a very high chance of losing. Maybe a few times...but I'm sure you realize this.
lol Altari... heres how it works man, if you want the tiemers pushed, you defend the target until the guild desperate for those pixles gives up, then you let timers run to normal hours.

If you think for a second that anyones going to come to a raid agreement with anyone on this server, you are gonna have a bad time. This is a greif server you idiot this isnt a rotation blue server, and it simply never will be. if thats what you're hoping to accomplish here, then I suggest you make trades back to blue while its 4:1

When a guild forms for the direct purpose of destroying another, then completely fails at that task, ya they gonna get FQ d dawg.

this is true, and it's also why the idea of two guilds being on even footing in the endgame just isn't possible with this population

one guild will always win out a few fights, morale will be low for the other guild so people will be less inclined to log in to contest, the winning guild will get more applicants since most people coming into the raid scene want to actually raid, etc.

good guys formed with the wrong goals under the wrong leadership
Good points. Especially with guilds fielding 60-100 at times on a server with what 300-400 peaks?

think the biggest fight the server had was a 90v130 in KC around two months ago, with around 375 total logged in
