PERSONALLY, I think briefs are more attractive. Like.. Er, okay I'm making the sound decision to not google attractive men in attractive underwear while I am at work to provide examples.

FORM FITTING IS ATTRACTIVE. I have the same theory with mens jeans.

They're just Hanes 100% cotton boxer briefs. I prefer a little support in the crotch as opposed to letting it all swing. They don't have the grip of tighty whities, just a nice nest, not unlike being cupped by a warm, friendly hand.

I like guys that have similar taste in things that I have, that I find attractive, that are polite and have an enjoyable sense of humor. This could be any person out of whatever other kind of genre you can come up with.

I'm not a fan of beards they get itchy, However i've been known to rock the 5 O'clock shadow every other day haha.
