Merchant Faction in WC and EC?

The non-innkeepers be on a different vendor faction?

There's 3 sub groups of Coalition of Tradefolk isnt there?

1. CoalitionOfTradefolkI (Main freeport vendor faction)
2. CoalitionOfTradefolkII (Coalition of Tradefolk Underground - East Freeport tunnels etc)
3. CoalitionOfTradefolkIII (aka Dark Bargainers)

Not 100% but think that's right...maybe the first one is what the non-innkeepers are on?
