Old SZ playing going to try Red99

Really appreciate the advice. Spend a long time chatting with a few of you in game last night. Unless i can get a few old SZ friends to join me here i have narrowed down my class selection.

Necro - probably erudin but maybe Iksar.
Wizard - probably dark elf

Look up Dropshadow in game if you are looking for some group action. Im leveling with an SK I met and we're looking for more people to do some content eventually...we're around lvl 13 at the moment...

Right on! Once i figure out my class I'll try to get some leveling in this weekend so we can group. Might be easier for me to be an Erudin or Dark elf so i can get to your location faster.

If necro, Iksar is a no-brainer in my opinion.

Yea it's mostly all posturing and drama.

My guild is better than your guild, heartbrand did THIS today, and people that don't even play on the server anymore talking about vague recollections of that one time they SWORE a particular npc did a certain thing.

I'm guilty of it too. But a newcomer (and most sane people) would look at this cesspool of a forums and say 'i aint got time for dat' and not play on the server.

This might be a little off topic but can Iksars ever use Invis/FD to buy spells outside of cabilis?

Regen, forge food, noob starting quests and kurns tower are all pretty good reasons to make an Iksar.

Well, want to thank everyone that's helped me out so far. Won't mention any names but people have been good to me. So far ive been in a group ever since lvl 12 and the server feels a lot more rewarding then blue. Just a few shout outs to people on the server.

Advice from people on forums and in game. A++

The enchanter that kept giving me C2 when i was lvl 8 ish was really cool.

Necro gave me a kick a$$ ring, props.

Druid and Cleric buffs A++

Druid not only gave me the lvl 24 necro pet but also farmed the Oracle robe for me.
