probably going to be my final bump, i think at this point everyone who's going to read this thread already has.

just remember that when you contribute to the tech boards, you're helping people enjoy a game you most likely love (or loved back in 99), people who otherwise wouldn't be able to enjoy the experience for whatever reason. This gives you good karma. Also, if you post in the tech boards and help people out, when one day your eq stops working and you need help it will definitely be there. We take care of our own, and i remember the people who help out over in the tech board.

Lastly, remember that we have cookies. lyra will be baking them from now on, and ill be BBQ'ing steak and cheeseburgers. Steak is FCFS. There's also a real, live girl in the tech boards, and she wants YOU bad!.... to help in the tech boards.

Especially on the weekends when I'm immersed in the game and don't check the forum..

LOTS of good quality newbies yesterday in the game. So wherever those came from, more please.

I meant to check population last night, but was 944 at 3 central.

I really hope so! it's gotten a *shitload* of views, so it must be serving its purpose. We've had much fewer repeat questions (though it does still happen... i guess those are the people who dont like to read the manual [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] )
