The problem is, dingleberry, that 'stealing' and 'claiming' FTE is one of the major grey areas with how FTE works ATM.

Noone knows if they have it until after the fact in alot of cases. It can always be said that it was 'stolen' once it is known who actually had it, however before the fact everyone is racing to grab it somehow.

There are conflicting FTE claims all the time. The whole fucking point of petitioning FTE is the claim in the first place that one or another guild had it. It is wonderful that you think you had FTE, however we also think we had FTE.
