I can confirm he is a terrible player and person on the level of Xosire.

Back in the day when Hydro was level 20s, I grouped with him in Unrest at the Fireplace. Every 10 minutes, he would insist on running all the way to Dagnor's Cauldron to vendor all the bronze armor he was ninja-looting because it was making him encumbered, and we'd be tank-less for a good 15-20 minute intervals.

Then when he'd come back he'd train our group with all the yard trash he brought on his way in. I'm pretty sure the original owner is the same Hydro playing him today, he is Ashimar on the forums.
