I think one of them probably chews and then regurgitates the food-paste into the other's hungry mouth. They might alternate but I suspect the one on the left was born with only the upper row of teeth and thus performs the bulk of the swallowing. That's just how these things work in nature.

Also curious if they have more stress on their heart/lugs/other organs due to the extra load of having two brains. Need some young doctors in here to give some input on this, seriously.

They have 2 hearts, 4 lungs, 2 stomachs etc etc. So they both have to have access to air. i think they share the same reproductive system and the like. They also have separate body temperatures.
