The ungrateful, childish behaviour has been the norm in this community since before beta, a problem the blue server doesn't seem to have. Why don't you give an example of one of these mythical threads where every red player acts mature and civil?

biggest problem is the staff. hands down, community sucks because its a direct reflection of the communication from staff. People realize in the end there not going to invest all this time on a emu box that could be wiped tommrow night if something happend to rogean.

The staff interacted more with the community and accepted more input from them before launch than they did with the blue server, yet the blue server doesn't suffer from "lack of communication" even though it's staffed by the same people. Red was also more polished at its start because it had years of fixes from the blue server. If you have the same stimulus, you should get the same response. Therefore I can only logically conclude that the community is at fault for red99's failures.

PS: What is so wrong with this server that it requires the staff to babysit you and receive constant feedback? It's easily the best coded pvp server eqemulator has ever seen. Is there some glaring problem with it that hasn't been mentioned yet? Perhaps you could make a thread about it politely requesting that something be fixed.
