putting the right arm behind the head is a movement created subconsciously from anxiety, in this instance the user does not like RL attention such as having a photo directed at himself and does the motion to distract the mind from the current situation, a form of escapism if you will.
The alternative is that he has an inflated ego and feels that the musculature of his bicep or tattoo bears important notice and tries to add it into the photo. You decide, 2012.
