You flag outlaw to be able to attack other people, and consequently you can be attacked. However, someone else can flag outlaw when you're not and attack you as well. Hope this makes sense.

PvP on a 60 pop emulated everquest server is super meaningful.

Because PVP on this server is meaningful? Logged on last night to PVP cuz no Tera till Friday, following happened. Was just me and Mornin keep in mind. Murder and apple insta camp when we found their zone, arzak insta camped wen we entered same zone, battle insta quit out of world upon PVP 3x, arzak camped again, murder and apple plugged again, battle plugged one more time then murder and apple plugged one last time. Actual PVP battles? 0.
