There would be hundreds less people cheating, that is 100% fact. For now they get endless "one time"passes.

How is that different from you coming back from each of your forum bans?

Forum suspensions are so vastly different than cheating ingame I don't even know how you can compare the two legitimately without trolling.

If I was a GM those first 350+ cheaters would have been instantly banned on the spot and if they felt they were wrongly accused they would have to then plead their case as to how.

Guilty until proven innocent in THAT case, since the flagging didn't occur willy-nilly. There was a reason they were flagged. It's up to them to prove otherwise.
