Hey guys, I've had the same issue, and after fooling around with a few pseudos/password combinations, I realised the key mapping might be different in game as it is on the website.
Just try to type your password on the Pseudo field (first one), to see what it actually writes ! I had numbers in my password, and I used the keypad, but instead of "1", pressing the "1" key on the keypad displayed "&", so my password was wrong, simple as that ! So if you have numbers in your password, and you are using the keypad to type them in, try using your regular number keys instead, or try changing your password so that you don't have this problem anymore ! Hope this helps [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Hey guys, as the others here, i followed the install/setup guide of p99, i made an account on both project1999 and also eqemu although when i try login i just get the error...not sure what to do.
i also tried what some have suggested of clicking on "user cp" and then "login server account" but i could not even find the tab or area where login server account is located...bit of a tech noob here, so really appreciate any help. Thanks

Hello, is there any fix in place for this? I followed the steps, I signed up with both sites, and used the same username/pass for both, but still getting the dberror/wrong password.

Its your number pad. Use the horizontal number pad at the top. Not the one to the right.

I'm having this issue too. I'm pretty sure my password is correct.

Ok I suspect that there is something weird going on with azerty keyboards when trying to type in numbers in the login/password fields. So double check you are actually writing a number when using an azerty keyboard.
