Why not? I'd prefer running a big muff through a Sovtek rather than hang with your McIntosh amps. You're hatred for the SVT-4 is lulzy though cause you're failing to realize people use them for the massive power load 1200 watts at 4 ohms is really hard to top when you're bi-amping and shit like that
