Red 99 no rules little to no GM intervention would be great. Legal Trains, Item loots!Unfortunately, crying happens politics are played and whinners and lobbiest win.

well there should be some gm intervention, but there shouldnt be a rule for everything, if said person in sol b group ninjas a item from the group, fuck it, kill him
