they can't prove that someone who posts on the forum is the owner of X account, which is why they don't link to in-game accounts

if they made ban's "stick", people would remake accounts with other peoples names (I would surely use Lazortag2.0) and no one would have any clue who the trolls were.

Nothing will change unless they require moderators to accept new accounts and that will only slow down the time between ban+up and running new account
