I'm not a fan of broadcasting I'm a solo level 21 rogue running through a zone with no escape method.

Yea right, like there's enough spammers to completely take away the positive effects of this. P99 is so small, spammers are/will be rare. For the rare spammers, just /ignore. Problem solved. Classic command.

Retardation is found in every single zone, deeming that point moot to global ooc. Again, use the epic classic command /ignore if u mad.

Then you don't have to LOL .. so scrubby .. these are called features and would therefore be optional to use with risk assumed.
