It's a bug that they removed. I'm of the opinion it should not exist because it is a bug not an item or quest that was removed. Hate me all you want.

Let's get back to basics here...

It procs Ward Summoned.

Make it proc on what its intended to.

And it's not 'fixed', contrary to what is #2 post.

Quoting self to make everyone else sound stupid for trying to make an excuse why this exploit/bug should remain in the game.

My spell says "Fear" but it doesn't work on pcs? Going to quote myself to make everyone else sound stupid for trying to make an excuse why this exploit/bug should remain in the game.

As per your pathetic argument, Fear did work on players in the beginning. It would also satisfy this argument

"hey...that's the way it was in classic!, and only fixed during Velius era."

Also, the spell "Fear" is functioning properly, just nixed in use vs. players.

Take swords out, people are gonna complain. Leave them in, people are gonna complain.

I believe they fixed the proc rate which was the big issue.

At this point, I think it's staying until it was fixed on classic timeline.

No one complained on p99. It's the same over there.

Sword of Runes to me shouldn't be nerfed because seriously, what summoned weapon has any value? Does anyone really care that pets dps goes up by a percent and they're better able to taunt as a result?

Come on.

At this point, you MUST leave it in game. Too many people have abused the shit out of it. it would be ridiculous to take it out and let just a few of the chosen abuse it.
