So earlier today I got an infarction for saying the n-word, and some other words that could be considered to be racial slurs, but I didn't use them with malintentions. All I was saying is that other people take different meaning to the words than how they are being said. Having said this, I'm not fighting my infraction, because quite frankly, I don't care. HOWEVER in that very same thread the words "fuck" and "cunt" were used to be an insult.

I find it to be very backwards that words that have race attached to them can't be used, even if they're not being used maliciously while other curse words can be used. This is very backwards thinking and needs to be rethought. I personally find it to be very sad that society bans words completely simply out of the ignorance of a minority of people(not directed towards racial minorities). This is a step backwards in civil rights and equality. Whatever though. Words are words and if a word hurts you then you should realize there are far bigger problems in the world.
