if i had harvest i would level a shitload faster and be able to kill named/boss mobs earlier than i previously could.

Harvest equals roughly 1.5-2 flowing thought (if you use it exactly on cooldown). It helps, but let's not kid ourselves and call the server broken because of it. I'm sure it'll be gone in the first major patch. None of us ever lost at PvP because of harvest, and it gives you one extra nuke every ten minutes to level oh so much faster with.

Harvest is on a retarded cooldown bro. It's not constantly up and spammable for free mana at all times.
