Doesn't exist as far as I can tell here.

90% of the people I kill will have a lower level friend out of my range come sit and watch me until I'm engaged then call his buddy back in to try to kill me while my only real form of defense (A heavily nerfed, not classic mage pet) is busy. Luckily these people are so bad they don't actually kill me, but it's annoying having to rebreak camps and shit as a mage.

Die quietly, go back and attack them immediately to show you have a bit of ass,
rinse and repeat until you win and make them LnS or one of you get bored.

If you're losing too badly camp and play an alt until you can recover.

Never show weakness by begging an LnS. Period.
