I think the best thing is to pick the other class you will enjoy the most. Having a "solo class" sometimes is just one that can solo if necessary...not the fastest one.
I recall camping my rogue in Seb for an entire summer

Having the option for both is great. Plus later on you can have the rogue set up for easy raid relocating. It's easier to bust ass to Spot A or Spot B when your raid toon isn't stuck in Unrest.
