Ya same, still crashing. Though some people in certain zones can relog in from an alt once, however when they attempt to zone they will get the issue as well.

Would like to note that this is also on the Beta R99 server.

extracted all as usual besides the "old" folder

entered world as usual and just zoned now with out any problems

I am having same crashing issues as above posters. Character in Nektulose.

Rolling back to the old dll doesn't let you log in.

I'm out of troubleshooting ideas and feel the problem lies with the patch itself.

OK found a Solution to the Red99 patch issue, though I anticipate a lot of people will have this issue.

If you already extracted the new patch and are having problems crashing while zoning

1) Do a system restore to the last good save point on your computer, prior to extracting the new patch. (Search "restore" in your OS if you need to find the tool)

2) After system restore does its thing and reboots your comp...

3) Delete the "OLD" folder from the new v 16 patch zip and extract the v16 patch as normal into your eq folder, overwriting everything else as usual.

FWIW I am only seeing this on R99. I dont see this on P99.
