Actually, it appears that the rule is that if you're banned on one P99 server, you're banned on the other. So in fact, you are asking for rule exceptions based upon what you have donated. It probably wouldn't be good policy for the admins to start granting favors for donations.

I don't think he was necessarily asking to be unbanned, he was just complaining that the name reservation system will prevent him from creating a character on red called Abacab because it is in use by a banned account on live. Hence easily fixed by renaming his banned character to something such as Abacabx.

The decisions to link accounts and their disciplinary had nothing to do with Abacab. I'm sure if you had contacted me on IRC directly and said hey Rog, I noticed you linked the accounts and I'm banned and can't use the abacab name, is there anything you can do.. was looking forward to the server and was planning on not training the ever living shit out of anything that moves and even donated towards that end.. I would have been sure Cab, I'll rename your char on live so that it can be created again on PvP.
