What bothers me is just the unequal treatment we players are getting. If it were me i'd be banned. If it were someone else they'd be suspended.

Where is this unequal treatment talk coming from? In the vast vast majority of cases cheating = ban. In this particular case, due to the mass number of accounts they caught they decided suspension + punishment + proving they would catch anyone mq2/myseqing in the future was enough. If you were caught in this bunch you would be suspended, not banned, just like everyone else. You can surely argue that the cheaters should have been punished harder but I don't see how you can say it is unequal punishment since all cheaters caught in this way got the same punishment.

I think people are coupling the cheating issue with other issues that have occurred this past week. Xzerion and VP, Uthgaards reasons for leaving, and probably a few other things that I'm not aware of.

Combine all those, and where those issues point make a lot of folks feel there's unequal treatment on the server.

Nilbog and rogean HAVE posted. They said they had already done an internal investigation and Xzerion is clean. Uthgaard then raged about this (and other things). Uthgaard then let the logs get out and onto R&F. Also how did Uthgaard have the time to make a toon in EC to bash another Dev?

It is very clear= Uthgaard is a GREAT dev.
Uthgaard= hothead. (im a hothead in RL so dont take it to offensively.)

You know what.. Now that I thought about all this. Though I am upset about the decision, I did not create this server. Nor did I take hundreds of hours of my life to code and patch and add content. So to Nilbog and Rogean, I am sorry. Though I do not agree with the decision. It is not my decision to make, nor my place to make accusations.

Accounts which were caught using MQ2/myseq were suspended. If the Trax account did not get caught using mq2/myseq why would it be suspended?
