While were at it, I'll go ahead and throw in the obligatory Zidane vid because I never get tired of watching it.

Love this vid ;D Haven't seen it in a while good link ~ Going to be a long time before we see another player of Zidane's quality. I wish he had ended up coming to play in the US for a couple years, though I'm sure he could still compete over here at 50 if he wanted.

Can't mention Zidane without adding on this vid ofc ^^

West Ham United F.C. fan here, even tho they aren't very good, and I'm from the US, home of the other sport called football. Long story why I'm a fan of theirs blah blah blah... Up the Hammers! [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Gay movie. I feel bad for West Ham every season.

Yes, excellent movie!

But the long story behind why I'm a fan: I started following British football, namely West Ham United, after meeting Iron Maiden bassist Steve Harris backstage at a concert in Philly back in 1983. He was and still is a BIG fan of the Hammers, and gave me a pair of his personalized wristbands in the team colors claret and blue. He went into great detail about growing up in the East End of London and playing football. It struck a chord in me that I'll never forget.

That is a pretty awesome reason to follow West Ham, they also have the TOUGHEST firm around.

I'm a Man U fan because of my dad. He is from Ireland, and like 50% of all people from Ireland, he supports Man U.

I'm a Liverpool fan because of their 2005 Champions League run. Never watched soccer before that, but that 2005 CL final was epic, and sucked me into soccer.
