Another place is Goos in Wakening Land. I can do them on my 52 Monk. Boring camp, but if you get the big room with the 4 goos you don't even need to split. Just kill the 4 goos and the one faerie drake. By the time you are done with all that, repops are due. Decent money too with the gem drops.

I did Goos from 55-57 or so on my SK, so you could stay there for 5 levels if you wanted to.

Dyrna Nlith in HHK til you get some greens, then Boshinko til he is green. Then maybe 1 of the 2 giants in FM.
