Did you know that you can travel in a straight line across the oceans from India to Russia:

Very dangerous route. Transiting the Indian Ocean, pirates of the Horn, sharks around the Cape of Storms and then through the Southern Ocean and Cape Horn(say hi to Santiana's leg) before landing around the Bering Sea. And that's probably not a complete list.

I like the Chinese version of the map.
Australia is in its rightful central position.

It is entirely too early to be deep diving on world maps and projections. But thanks a billion i now have less time to do the things i have to do today!

The RIAA (Rapid Interception And Arrest) done away with pirates in the early 2000s.
The great pirates Blackbeard Gnutella and Win(ifred) EmEx were scoured from the high seas. They desperately tried to "patch" their vessels against the relentless attacks but alas they fell.

Fortune favoured the brave though as the VPN (Virtuous Pirate Network) found hertofore undiscovered routes that pirates could continue their (righteous) plundering using the many torrents found in the vast oceans.

TOR (The Oceanic Rebellion) also aided the pirates although they were mostly all talk.

Anyone who has half a brain uses a VPN. Those that don't know what it is can learn, and even if they couldn't someone could do it for them.

It's the biggest waste of time. This sort of news is usually to cover up something that should be front page headlines but gets "lost" /shrug

Countries who have banned VPNs (SO FAR!):-

North Korea
Iran
Iraq
Belarus
Turkmenistan
Myanmar

It would be weird to see the UK on that list. I think its all an elaborate hoax to try and get a solid "yes" on a "should we return to the EU?" vote, because they'd likely not allow what's going on...right?

I mean, would it be weird? the only reason you have any freedoms is because we kicked the king in the nutts.

Im often reminded when I see the UK these days, why we started blastin' back in the old days.

The UK is the most watched nation in the world in terms of CCTV cameras in public spaces, speed cameras, and I'm sure everyone has a Ring doorbell these days, as well as a dashcam or some kind of movement sensor camera for their car.

Based on that I suppose banning VPNs and not allowing privacy online would be unsurprising. But the Prime Minister recently said how great the UKs freedom of speech laws are (lmao)...

We in the US aren't allowed to incite imminent lawless action either. It just doesn't come up much with our refusal to prosecute rioters to begin with.
