Here’s the thing. Nuances in the law that make an otherwise legal/illegal activity the opposite don’t really bode well with rational Americans.
For instance, if I pay someone for sex, that is illegal. But if I pay someone to make a pornographic movie with me, where we have sex, that is not illegal. Again, these little details are what makes the average hard working American just say “the hell with the system”. Can you blame them? | ||
