It's a hard coded, "you can't bind here," so try it! CoM was listed as a place where you could bind on the bug report and there was plenty of anecdotal evidence supporting it. Kaesora should be allowed - my melee char was bound at the entrance there in fob on live.

Hasn't happened yet, folks still bound where they shouldn't be.

hah. speaking of binding players.. I recall long ago that a guide decided that he'd had enough of the guide program and left in a big way. He summoned players from a couple of higher end guilds to a nasty place and bound them there so that they'd be stuck in death loops.. I can't recall the server name.. It made for some interesting reading and screenshots though :-)
