Bank Clerk Jaylin is on Carson Mccabe faction. A turn-in with her is required as part of the SoulFire quest.

You know that letter piece is droppable right? You can hand in whether charming her or just use a random scrub like a Druid to run the errand.

I’ve killed thousands of guards with my paladin. Pretty much every other spawn in HK. I’ve quested the soulfire over 30 times since.

No one is killing the nobles to make plat for what its worth. They are really good exp and don't have very much health on a quick respawn. Their most expensive drop is probably the very rare black pearl that you can vendor for 19pp. Usually they drop nothing.

Alright, thank you. Was hoping they could drop something better, like Star Rubies or Fire Emeralds.

Probably better off with Elemental Warriors at Hole then.

Bards literally drop leather armor, a few coins and thats it.

Very very rarely, Captain Boshinko can drop like a fire opal or w/e the 39pp stackable gem is. Maybe 1 out of every 20 kills or even more. If you want to farm plat while killing, kill guards on downtime.
