I’m more concerned with Armenia than Ukraine, that one is straight up genocide and Catherine the great of Russia did found the city of Kherson. But still, conquering people through brute force should be opposed. It’s also a lesson for China, namely that we will resist them. Sadly, that one won’t be easy + we don’t have any real military options for defending Taiwan

I think the resolve we’ve shown in supporting Ukraine has been more about that than Ukraine or Russia. It’s a middle finger to China, who assume we’re pussies after the debacle in Afghanistan
