I do. Minimally tho. I'm not able to thrive without it. So I treat meat more like a supplement and not a main course.

Thank God, you need to eat meat. Veganism is not healthy. I'd suggest trying beef liver.

I dislike that if my neighbors chickens make too much noise I cant just lean over the fence and birdshot em.
