Posting this FAQ since some people were too dumb to figure it out. This is basically the new "Red99" since that server never seemed to have panned out, I think it was probably a giant scam to begin with. Anyway, back to the original post:

Server beta just started but now the admins are saying there will be no character wipe unless some kind of server breaking exploit happens so you can go ahead and level without worry of being deleted. Server is made by the people that did "Guild Wars" server in 2005 or so that had a pretty high population.

You start in a noob iceberg zone (PvE) just like in Shadowbane then talk to NPC to be ported to mainland.

- You can either join a town (teams) or go bandit (FFA).

- It's normal EQ classic zones then there will be custom raid zones above hate/fear going in.

- no boxing allowed

- get to loot 1 non-equipped item from other players bags on PvP kills


Create a forum account on www.eqpvp.com and use that as your login info. Need EQ Titanium client.


Patch needed to play: http://patch.eqpvp.com/June.10.2011.Patch.zip

If mouse movement speed is different for X and Y axis, hit ALT + O and set your MAXFPS to 60 and it will fix it.

The downtime was due to some hardware issue as far as we know. We just had them assemble a whole new device for us and we spent most of today setting it up.

We are live as of last Friday - just in a state we consider beta because not everything is done (feature-sets) and the classes are not set in stone (some may need nerfs others may needs perks). We are not wiping the server from the beta.

You can try doing a flushdns in the start->run cmd.

ipconfig /flushdns

If that does not work then unless you are familiar with editing the hosts file in windows (www.eqpvp.com is 209.17.190.164) then you have to wait.

but now im not getting any confirmation Email
tried re-registering, said email was alrdy being used so that was good
(also said i cant register twice)

i had it send about 3-5 more confirmations out but nothings showing up [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
nothing in spam either
